Meet Your Campaign Manager

Every issuer who raises on StartEngine is assigned a dedicated Campaign Manager. This individual is your direct point of contact for administrative and service-related items, including, but not limited to:

Disbursements & Disbursable Restrictions

To be eligible for your first disbursement, the following requirements must be met:

  1. Your campaign has been live for more than 21 days
  2. Your offering has raised a minimum of $124k
  3. No pending disbursement restrictions
  4. There are sufficient funds
  5. Escrow is opened
  6. Your bank account information matches your bank statement proof exactly

Once approved by the StartEngine Team, it takes 10-14 days for funds to reach your account. There will be a 5 day notice posted on campaign page to tell investors that you are requesting disbursement.
