• Disbursements
• Investor Support
• Amendments
• Funds Reports

The [email protected] inbox is monitored by our Campaign Management team as well as our Automated Virtual Assistant to help you with any questions you may have throughout the duration of your campaign.

Disbursements & Disbursable Restrictions

To be eligible for your first disbursement, the following requirements must be met:

1. Your campaign has been live for more than 21 days
2. Your offering has met the minimum funding goal
   • Your funding goal is outlined in your signed Offering Agreement
3. No pending disbursement restrictions
4. There are sufficient funds
5. Escrow is opened
6. Your bank account information matches your bank statement proof exactly

Your First Disbursement

Once all the above items have been met, you will prompted to approve your first disbursement via email.
